Adora Lanphere

I thought this angle would give me a good challenge but it ended up a little wonky even after all the work I put into the sketch. It was good practice anyway, kinda makes me think of Lyra Silvertongue.

*Jovie, I found the Golden Compass in Japanese at the library here, woot woot.

Hey Stew! I love the picture! You are so talented. It looks just perfect to me. I love reading your blog. It looks like you're having an adventurous time. What the HECK with those bugs though. We should send you some Raid!

Hi Stewart,
Wow, your art is amazing. The people are so rich, it looks like there has to be a story to go with them.
Your island kind of freaks me out. We have cute deer here, without the freaky spiders. I'd have a hard time sleeping, or at least I'd stay covered with Deep Woods Off, all the time.

Stewart!

That's a really great drawing. I really really like it, and I'm not just saying that. Is she another character of yours for this great story you're going to write?

She does remind me of Lyra with the jacket and all. Oh, I dare you to read the first ten chapters of The Golden Compass in Japanese, hehe. It's too bad you aren't here to watch The Golden Compass with me. Have you finished all three, btw?

I'm glad everyone likes it. Thanks so much for the positive feedback. Up and up. J~, I'm not on 3 yet and I'm very sad to miss the movie but I'll watch it somehow.
As for the Japanese, I'll let you know if I make it through the first chapter... no promises there, literature is rough going.
